Victorias Secret Pink Spring Break

Victoria's Secret Pink Spring Break Body Scrub & Mist

Back in June whilst enjoying my first ever trip to the states there was one place I knew I had to visit…yes ladies, I'm talking about Victorias Secret. We don't have a store in Scotland so it was a complete novelty, especially because it’s much cheaper in the states! Being a self confessed beauty junkie I was obviously drawn to the array of cosmetics, and they did not disappoint. I picked up quite a few bits and pieces but the Pink Spring Break Body Scrub & Mist were what really stood out for me.

What drew me to this range (apart from the packaging obviously) was the scent. Everything else I picked up was really summery, fruity and bold, so I was keeping these for the cooler months as they are just the right mix of fruit and spice. The combination of the sweet fruity scent with a little warmth and spice is amazing, The Mango and Coconut scent is not what you’d expect it to smell like! Scent aside, the formula of this stuff is amazing, it lathers up into a really moisturising scrub that leaves limbs super smooth and smelling very good. I would say that this is definitely more of a scrub than a wash, so I don’t use it everyday, I use this maybe twice a week. I’m so sad that I wont be able to pick another one of these up!

Body sprays and mists are really handy products, especially if you are anything like me, and love to reapply your scent throughout the day. I have switched to keeping these in my handbag during the day instead of my perfume, that way I don’t feel as guilty about reapplying quite so often. Again, great packaging, the lid is nice and tight, no leaks and I like that its transparent so you can see how much you’ve used. This comes out as a really fine vapour, which I much prefer to other body sprays that tend to be a bit heavy when you sray them. The sent to me is the perfect transitional scent, still sweet and fruity but with a warm spicy undertone just to welcome us into Autumn. Everytime I spray this it makes me feel so happy and the scent lingers all day. I can’t wait to get back to a Victorias Secrets to pick more of these Mists up.

These two products used together are AMAZING, on days when I’m using these as a pair, I don’t bother with any perfume. I’m afraid I can’t quite remember exact prices, but as these were from the Pink range they weren't that expensive at all. These are definitely on my fast growing wish list for my next visit to the states in January. Let me know what your favourite products are from Victorias Secret and I’m sure they'll end up on my wish list too!
