Vichy Normaderm Chrono Active Anti-Imperfection Night Care

Vichy Normaderm Chrono Active Anti- Imperfection Night Care

As a self confessed skincare addict, it always bothered me that I hadn’t found a night time moisturiser that worked with my skin. I needed something that was going to balance my oily skin, but still add moisture and treatment. This is where the Vichy Normaderm Chrono Active Anti- Imperfection Night Care* (longest name for a product ever?) comes in! This is my new evening skincare hero that really works!

I hadn’t tried anything from Vichy before but my best friend swears by their moisturisers. So when we got the chance to pick something to try out, a night treatment seemed logical. Vichy Normaderm Night basically claims to contain skin permeating technology that enters deep down into every pore to limit their hyperactivity. The Zincadone A inside is designed to create a new epidermis and re-contract the pores. Fancy talk aside this is basically a night treatment similar to something like effaclar duo that is designed to clear and treat pores, and smooth the skins surface. Obviously it’s only for use at night time, so after cleansing, toning and any serums I pop a pea sized amount all over my skin, avoiding the eye area and really concentrating it around my ‘problem areas’ such as my nose and chin. It smells lovely and the texture feels very mattifying and smooth on the skin.

The most important thing you need to know about this product is that it works! After using this the first time, I woke up and was actually shocked to see a visible difference in my skin, after using this over several weeks, my skin has vastly improved. My pores are smaller and my skin is clearer and smoother. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who suffers from breakouts, large pores or other imperfections. However, I wouldn’t recommend this if you have sensitive skin as some of the ingredients are quite strong and may irritate you.

I honestly don’t think I could live without this now, and I’m relieved that it’s not too pricey a 50ml tube will set you back £11.99 but it will last quite some time as only a small amount of product is required. You can buy this from Chemist Direct or larger Boots stores. What are your night time skincare heros? After having such a successful experience with this product I think I may need to start compiling my Vichy wish list…
